Tues., Jan. 9: Due to the forecast of inclement weather, all afterschool and evening activities are canceled. The 6:00 pm Board of Education meeting will be held as scheduled and, as always, streamed online at tinyurl.com/4sha4mry.
Regarding Weds., Jan. 10, we are closely monitoring the weather forecast and as such, are in close contact with Caroline County Department of Emergency Services. Any decision to delay or close schools will be made based on conditions in the early morning and communicated through our usual channels no later than 5:30 a.m.

Please be advised that the CCPS office and all schools are having intermittent service problems with the phone lines this morning. Staff and the company are working now to correct the issue, and we will advise when service is fully restored. We appreciate your patience.

Do you want to build a snowman? When the weather report says that you are getting rain instead of snow...you make your own snow! Kindergarten read about Sneezy the Snowman, who keeps melting! They then made and wrote about their own snowmen. Later, the class made snow! The children used all their STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) skills to build a snowman!

Happy New Year!!
